I am a systems neuroscientist with expertise in electrophysiology, optical imaging, and a number of behavioral assays. I work with a number of labs that study, respectively: respiration; absence epilepsy; autism; migraine. I also spend 3 weeks each summer teaching in the leech module of the Neural Systems and Behavior Course at the Marine Biological Laboratory. I enjoy addressing basic questions in neuroscience as well as participating in translational and preclinical work.
