I’m a third-year NIH Blueprint D-SPAN postdoctoral research fellow in the laboratory of Dionna W. Williams, Ph.D. at Emory University studying the consequences of HIV infection and antiretroviral therapies on brain lipid metabolism using multiple animal models. Before joining the Williams lab, I earned my Ph.D in the Biochemistry, Cellular & Molecular Biology Graduate Program at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine studying the capacity for FAO in the brain in the lab of Michael J. Wolfgang, Ph.D.
